i wrote such a nice long-winded blog just now, and stupid stupid stupid, it’s all gone now!
i guess it doesn’t pay to be long-winded!
how come i’m not a long-winded person? i need to be long-winded to finish my cofm-ish report! i’m so bl**dy bored and i can’t even get myself excited about discovering new info by writing that report. it’s so useless! i’m not learning anything else that i can’t learn in the ‘primer’.
hmmm how does HS do it? he’s like the god of paraphrasing and conjunctions! all hail the windy lord! can help me write my report? i buy u face masks…. kekeke… with green tea scent?
btw, someone read my blog and asked me what HS means… he said he’s more h**s** than you!

on a different tone, wenky, fellow med students and other derm experts… gimme yr opinion here…
a 22 yo F MODY/NIDDM on metformin presents with generalised pruritus over the limbs, neck and back lasting x2/7. she had just recovered from a bout of flu followed by a chronic cough treated with cetirizine, flumicil and dexa 10mg tds. the itch started 2 days after she stopped her medication. there was NO rash.
she currently complains of an itch that is not relieved by anything (not even bathing), and now it is associated with warmth and slight tenderness (on pressure). in her words ‘feels like a sunburnt but looks like normal skin’.
she has NKDA, no PMH of atopia/eczema. but has allergic rhinitis.
there was no recent change in shampoo/soap/washing powder… bedsheets had just been changed.
pple… help…
dopey signs [scratches] off…
