today i learnt a very important lesson in the wards… and for the first time, i truly see how DANGEROUS the ward is. and how lethal it might work against our entire career.

one of the greatest lessons in SIP are:
1. how to cover yr ass with a kuali
2. how not to antagonise your consultant and nursing manager (these two basically determine yr level of happiness at work)
3. how not to get blamed for things that aren’t actually your fault
