LOOK, my mum finally got cracking and decided to explore her new oven!
-> PEACH MUFFINS!
Sadly, as we’ve been taught so many times, ‘don’t judge a book by it’s cover’…
haha these muffins were quite INEDIBLE! 好看不好吃。。。 even i can’t understand why, the muffins tasted fine on the outside, but the insides looked insufficiently cooked, kind of mushy…
WENKY, any idea why?
Oh it’s so pretty!!! Alas, I have absolutely no talent at baking. Perhaps 5 minutes more in the oven?

haha thanks… we tried baking it a bit more (and put an aluminium foil over the top to prevent it from burning)
wonder if it’s cuz my mum didn’t put in as much baking powder as the recipe said to?
