CXR below shows surgical clips - specifically, they look like lap chole clips. So… ‘anonymous’ whoever you are, got it right! yay… no prizes, but you saved someone from an unecessary lap chole to remove a non existent gall bladder. haha…

Seriously, they should change the IMS system. The system in the other hospital is better because we normally see the film together with the report, whereas in the other system, people end up reading only the reports and not necessarily reviewing the XR itself.
