The good the bad and the ugly - a bimbotic discussion of the pros and cons of ED vs WW
Mind you this is dopey at the most bimbotic…
What’s good about ED
1. No need to think about how to dress everyday ie. whether neck lines are too low or skirt hems too high.
2. Afternoon shifts - ie can shop in the morning, don’t need to fight for dressing room space.
3. Can wear anything I want pre/post shift.
4. Air-conditioned working environment (unless in fever area).
5. Can save up by not having meals or eating from the trolley.
6. Resus resus resus
7. All my equipment is in the same room unless some sneaky person steals my PR jelly!
8. Such excitement and chaos! Very stimulating indeed!
What’s good about WW (ward work)
1. Can dress up! Put make up and not hide it behind a mask!
2. Weekends are usually off, or at least more offs on weekends (but what for anyway… there’s nowhere worth going)
3. Dangly earrings!!! Dangly earrings!!! Need I say more?
4. I have slaves ie. HO (muahahhahaha…)
5. Can wear heels!
6. Can go straighten my hair and not tie it up.
What’s ugly about WW
1. Chronic cases… Just before a much anticipated discharge, they spike a temperature.
2. I hate rounds, I hate mornings… I hate having to go to work at the same time every morning! So boooorrrring…
3. I hate having to look forward to weekends. So pathetic.
4. ICS applications.
5. The heat.
6. No istat machine.
